Studio Holme is a design-led property staging and furnishing company based in the UK. We offer home staging, furniture packages, and design consultation services tailored for serviced accommodation, HMOs, and rentals.

3. Services & Bookings

All bookings for consultations, staging services, or furniture packages must be confirmed in writing (usually via email). Once confirmed, a contract and payment terms will be provided.

Design Consultations:

  • Consultations are booked in advance and may be rescheduled with 48 hours’ notice.

  • You’ll receive tailored recommendations and a shopping list - we are not responsible for stock availability from third-party retailers.

Furniture & Staging Packages:

  • We will provide a detailed quote with an itemised breakdown.

  • Orders are confirmed once payment is received (or a deposit, if agreed).

  • Lead times vary and will be confirmed at the time of booking.

4. Payments & Cancellations

  • Payment terms will be clearly outlined in your quote or contract.

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

  • If you cancel less than 7 days before installation, we may charge a cancellation fee to cover costs incurred.

  • Studio Holme retains the right to reschedule bookings due to supplier delays, unforeseen circumstances, or weather conditions affecting installation.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom and service-based nature of our work, we do not offer refunds once a project is underway. In the rare event of damaged or faulty items, we’ll arrange for repair or replacement wherever possible.

6. Photography & Promotion

We may take photographs of your furnished property for marketing purposes. If you'd prefer not to have your property featured, please let us know in writing before installation.

7. Liability

Studio Holme is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage resulting from the use of our website or services. We take care in the planning and delivery of every project but cannot be held responsible for delays due to third-party suppliers or unforeseen site issues.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. The latest version will always be available on our website.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled in the UK legal system.
